My 1st Brain Age test had me at 78 or so. This was MUCH better. :)

The shoes (ordered from a different website when the first site had them on backorder forever) have arrived! They are not quite as Mary Janeish as I had envisioned, but enough to keep. I'll post pictures later.

Hey, Gregg, thanks for reading! I've always assumed only family paid any attention to this blog. And, maybe, friends of family. I don't know about "excellent" but I strive for exceptable. :)

I'll have to look for her. They had meetings posted with the leaders' names. Unfortunately, I don't get off work in time to make any of the week day meetings.

My favorite leader recently transferred from Creve Coeur to Chesterfield, which is one of the main reasons I haven't been to a meeting in so long. Her name is Millie, and she's very fun.

Did you think about joining a gym or are you going to keep working out on the treadmill? Reading your post I decided I should probably start counting points to. Ive noticed I have been eating to much junk. If you want to start doing the weekly emails again let me know. :)

Monday Ramblings

Made a visit during my lunch hour to my mum today. I think she’s begun to feel comfortable in SSM Rehab. The social worker from there called me this afternoon. I don’t think I’d ever talked to a social worker before a month ago. And now, they’re turning into my best friends! This new one has already scheduled me for a session of physical therapy with mom early next week.

I’m thinking about cutting my hair. But I have no idea how. It’s long enough to make a decent ponytail but not long enough yet to stay back in a braid at night. It takes way too long to dry it every morning. Plus I’m just plain bored with it. Of course, it will probably be at least six months before I actually allow someone to take scissors to it.
